Podcasts/Episodes endpoint returns episodes that do not belong to the podcast

Hi,

when crawling podcast-data via the Podcast-API, we first get the list of episodes per podcast. This works as expected, except for our podcast "Kanackische Welle", where we get episode-IDs back that do not belong to our podcast (or our network in general).

The API-Call is: 'https://generic.wg.spotify.com/podcasters-analytics-api/licensors/1ZZRJngTgQux8kJDyeDjNa/podcasts/6t...'

and the first value of the response is {'spotify:episode:00YimycnEnWVnHchKjnDGp' (...) }, for which the metadata endpoint gives attached information (Podcast "Abgründe", and a title that obviously is not part of "Kanackische Welle", but of a True Crime podcast). This not just happens for one episodes but for quite a lot.

Can you explain how and why this mismatch happens, and what to do about it?
