Queue tracklist limited to 20 tracks

My Question or Issue

I'm interested in developing an app that creates a new playlist from a user's entire Spotify queue. It seems that this is the endpoint I need to hit to get the queue:

https://developer.spotify.com/documentation/web-api/reference/get-queue

However, this endpoint only returns 20 elements, despite not having a limit documented. Is it possible to achieve my goal?
