Quota Extension Submission for Third Time

My Question or Issue

My team and I have submitted our quota extension for the third time a couple weeks ago and I was hoping to get an update on an answer.  We were surprised by our last denial but we have re-worked our app to the meet the feedback. The project is named "Shmack" and our client ID is 094f1d26a6564291a73dd3dc29610bdf . There are many people involved in this project and the clarity would be very much appreciated.**bleep**
