I am reaching out on behalf of one of our clients operating in the eco-tableware sector, producing sustainable disposable dishware intended for distribution through Italian large-scale retail (GDO).

The client would like to include the Spotify logo on the product packaging, next to a QR code that links directly to one or more playlists hosted on the client’s official Spotify channel.

Before proceeding, we would like to request your formal authorization for this use, ensuring full compliance with Spotify’s brand and trademark guidelines.

Could you please confirm:

1. Whether such use is permitted under Spotify’s brand policy, and
2. If so, what the approval process or required documentation would be for packaging design in Italy.
