Strava commercial intergation

Hi,

According to Developer Policy (IV. Streaming and Commercial Use):

Commercial use restrictions. Except for the limited commercial uses for Non-Streaming SDAs (set out below) commercial uses are not permitted for SDAs.

That point in general closes the door to integrate Spotify playback ability with any commercial app.

Main question: How is possible that Strava has integrated streaming feature?

Developer Terms and Developer Policy doesn't mention about alternative solutions - so is that integration following same rules?

My app integration (very similar use-case to Strava) was rejected for the reason:

• The Spotify Platform can not be used to develop commercial SDAs

But above example clearly shows that it could be somehow solved - may I ask what steps are required?
