My Question or Issue

Whenever I play the next song button or the current music ends, the next music is always the same. Even if I start a new album it plays the same song. 

how can you fix this issue?

Did you check if the queue is empty?

I don’t see queue in the tesla Spotify app. 
I tried to log off and on and the problem remains. It’s a problem related with the car account because when I try other account it doesn’t happen 

You could try contacting Tesla support to troubleshoot the problem and get assistance in resolving the repetitive song issue on your account. They should be able to provide specific guidance tailored to your situation.

I’ll try. However since it is not a car issue and is an account issue they will probably  say “it’s Spotify business not ours”

Is the Tesla account Premium?
