Hello. I earned a 3-month premium code on Microsoft rewards and when I try to redeem it just says "Sorry, you are not eligible for that plan. Here are some other ways to get Premium." Can anyone help me with this?

I'm not completely sure about this, but I think that code can only be used for accounts that have not previously had Spotify Premium subscriptions. This should have been written on the page where you purchased this code.
