Top artists endpoint returns same artist ID: "7ab5IU6f9rBvhgS4kuQjSh" for every artist

The spotify web api endpoint /me/top/artists (Web API Reference | Spotify for Developers) returns the same artist ID: "7ab5IU6f9rBvhgS4kuQjSh" for every single artist. But the the field "uri" is correct for example "spotify:artist:18ISxWwWjV6rPLoVCXf1dz"

This can even be replicated using the try out function in the Spotify Web API documentation: Web API Reference | Spotify for Developers

I attached the request and the response as images even tough the error occurs independent of the chosen parameters. Except for the /me/top/tracks endpoint, this one works fine.

Same here.  Getting this randomly when requesting artist stats for multiple different users.

It's returned for all indices on all timeframes.  Sometimes it happens, sometimes it doesn't.
