My Question or Issue

We are currently developing a public web service that uses Spotify authentication (OAuth) to allow users to sign in with their Spotify accounts.

What we want to achieve

Enable any Spotify user to authenticate via Spotify (social login) without needing to be manually registered.

Current Issue

Our Spotify app remains in Development Mode, and authentication is only possible for users manually added under User Management.

This prevents general users from logging in unless we register their emails in advance.

Expected Behavior

We want to switch the application to Production Mode, so that:

• Any user can log in without pre-registration

• No manual user entry is required in the dashboard

Actions already taken

We have already submitted the official request form to move to production, but the mode has not been updated and we have not yet received a response.

We want to confirm if we are missing any required steps or documentation.
