Waiting 15 months for commercial app approval

I've developed an app that integrates with Spotify, but I can't put it on the market because I haven't gotten a response to my commercial integration request from 15 months ago. Can someone please help me out with this?

I've tweeted at @SpotifyPlatform multiple times, talked to Support, posted on this forum before and even resubmitted my commercial integration form, but I've been unable to get a single reply from Spotify's development team. I'd hate to see all of my work get thrown away because of this.

Where did you apply to this at? I am having troubles even find a place to submit such a request.

When you sign up for a new application, there is a link embedded in the form that will take you there.

I submitted it five months ago and never received a reply, other than the confirmation from Google that it was submitted. I came here looking for other developers' experiences with this.
