top-tracks endpoint returns incorrect popularity for songs

My Question or Issue

The ./top-tracks endpoint returns an incorrect popularity for songs that are released both as singles and as part of an album.  This has been the case for a month or two.  Since this endpoint returns tracks in popularity order, it is pretty obvious if a track was released as a single because it's popularity is lower than the previous and following track.
