Hi,

 

I had a problem with my credit card and i couldn'y pay montly fee. I have paid now but renewel time is 5.09.2019. Why not 23.09.2019 or why not prorate price and i paid montly fee

Hi,

Not sure if I understand you correctly. Something went wrong with your payment? If so your subscription will be stopped and you will be downgraded to spotify free.

Next you want premium again and you start a new subscription which should start immediately.

thanks for reaching out to the community !

 

It's possible that when a payment method is in withdraw process it will have failed attempts where there's an issue with the payment method provided.

It may be that the process succeseded on the 5th and that's the reason it is the date you see.

Your next payment should go back to the regular day of the month.

 

If your subscription ended completely and it reverted back to Free after which you resubscribed, you'll get a new day on which you will pay.

If you want to change the day of payment, you will have to do the following:

  1. Cancel
  2. Wait till Free
  3. Subscribe on the day on which he would like to pay

Keep in mind that you won't need to do this if your subscription never ended but was delayed.
