A refund is possible just in cases where you're overcharged. Considering you canceled your Premium subscription after the billing cycle, it won't be possible to request a refund. In this case, you'll continue enjoying the benefits of Premium until the end of the next billing cycle, when your account will be reverted to the free tier and won't be charged any more for Spotify Premium. You can get more information about refunds here:
