I paid for the subscription but it didn't appear (although the money was debited from the card)

Sorry to see this has happened!

Does the subscription appear on your account page?
In case it does I would log out of the app and then back in twice in a row. This triggers a manual sync of your settings and should fix the issue.
If it doesn't appear I would contact our support folks to doublecheck if the payment has actually gone through 🙂
