My Question or Issue

My Spotify account did not switch to Premium after i got the 3 months for 0,99 cents deal. It says that there has been subscripted 0,99 cents on the transaction history of my Spotify accout and my bank account. When i go to my profile, it says that i have a Free account. The account is new and i am sure i have never used this deal before on this account.

What could i do, any suggestions?

Hey @Mikaiil thanks for reaching out to the Spotify Community,

 

Can you try signing out and signing back in for me and tell me if that works? Can you also make sure you got a confirmation email, to make sure the payment went through.

Tried it a couple times, still doesn't work, also i do have the
confirmation mail and it says Enjoy Premium also shown that 0,99 cents have
been transfered.

I bought the spotify premium for €0,99 but when i open the app i don’t see any of the premium functions and it says i have a free account, i already have confirmed my email, and my money is from my bankaccount.
