£0.99 offer not working

When trying to pay for the 3months for 99p deal, the website won't let me. I have tried on both card and PayPal and both times it says "processing" but then takes me back to the promotion page without upgrading my account. I left it a day, tried again and the same thing happened.

Have you had Premium on your Spotify account before? This deal can only be redeemed by users who have never used Premium before, even the free trial.

I've never had premium before, it still wouldn't work so I did it on a different account instead and it worked fine! Thank you for your help though
