My Question or Issue

Asking this on behalf of my gf. She bought a 1 month premium Spotify card from the store, having previously bought one last month and wanting to continue her premium. However, despite entering in the code numerous times and making sure it is correct she gets the same error code, simply telling her to try it again. She is doing the exact same thing as last month, so she doesn't understand why it isn't working for her.


Please help if you can!

Could you ask her to try redeeming the gift card here using a different browser or private window? If that doesn't work, try following all of the troubleshooting steps provided here > Not working? section.

 

If you're still having trouble, send me a screenshot of the error message you're receiving, making sure that you've hidden sensitive information when posting to the Community.

Thank you for your help! We changed the browser and the card worked. We
went from Chrome to Firefox if that helps anyone else with a similar issue.
