1 year premium (redeem code) ended after 1 month! Why?

Newbie

Hello! I bought a 1-year Gift Code for activating the US account through a seller on e-bay, but after a month of using the premium account it got downgraded back to normal freemium, although after entering the redeem code on spotify.com my account indicated that premium will work until March 2018. How could this happen?

First of all, I dont think it's legal to buy premium codes off of ebay. This is probably the reason your account got sent back to Free. I would contact spotify on either twitter or through the contact form to see exactly what's going on. Let me know what happens, I'm interested in the result!
