12 month paid at once

I don't understand why I have been charged 12 month in one time  

What does it means in terms of unsubscription? Will I be refund for the months to come? An other thing is that Spotify is still requesting me to update my credit card number but money has been taken from my bank 2 days ago already...

If you paid all 12 months at once then you must have selected the 1 year optiion when subscribing. You cannot get a refund, unfortunately, unless you have never used your membership. Best of luck.
