My Question or Issue

Last year, I used one-time payment method for 12 months subscription using my debit card. With the same details, I'm trying to renew my subscription today but it's saying that my payment failed. Can someone help me? Thank you.

Thanks for reaching out and welcome to the Community!

 

We removed one of the screenshots you sent for security reasons - remember not to send any private info in public.

 

Regarding the payment issue, make sure that your card meets all these requirements. You can check with your bank in case you're not sure about any of them.

 

If everything is ok with it, try again using an incognito/private window and a different device. It's also worth trying with a different browser and another Internet connection.
