14 the February deal not given ?

14 the February deal not given ?

Hey I just got started my premium trial  on the 14th and I tried to check if I had the 60 days and it says I'm not eligible. I was wondering why this was, since I have never had a Spotify premium membership till today so I thought I would have the 60 days. I am also from UK I'm not sure if that changes anything. Thanks.

Sorry to hear you are having issues with Premium!

 

When you signed up for Premium, I am guessing you used the 60 day trial? If. you could confirm that for me that would be great.

 

Also, are you able to provide me a screenshot of your account's page? I only need to subscription status, you can find it here.

 

I have attached an example screenshot of what I need!

And yes I started my trial on the 14th of February. And im sure I used the 60 day deal.
