2 charges that weren't mine, I NEED A REFUND.


I have just found out that Spotify has charged me $59.94 on two separate occasions. 


One on December 12th 2018 and one on June 12th 2019.


I do not pay for Spotify. Payment method GiftCard?? These charges were made in Delaware and I live in California. I am very frustrated that Spotify doesn't have a support number as I need to get to the bottom of this and get refunded. 


This is ridiculous. Thanks.

Hey there. If it's a gift card, that means a code was redeemed on your account and you were not charged.


I think Delaware is referring to the address of Spotify?
