20 AED/month when clicking but €9,99 when applying?

So when I click the "Upgrade" button in the spotify app I get sent to my browser and I see "19.99 AED/month free trial for 3 months" and I think (Oh that's really cool)

I then later try to convert the 

€9,99 to AED

and it says 41 AED not 19.99, so wth is going on
