$22.50 per month from my card but showing as Free Account

My Question or Issue

Hi There.  $22.50 per month is being deducted from my card every month however when i log in it says free account.  I have checked other emails to see if i set it up under another account but can't find any on my usual emails.  Also i would like to change the card number being used

If you can't make use of the Premium feautures, could you check out this page and go through the steps? 🙂

Also be sure to check the following:

• Log out and back into your account
• Check the status of your subscription
• Check the status of your payment
• Check that your Premium subscription isn't on another account
