My Question or Issue

 I'm looking to get premium for a year but all I see to pay for it are PayPal and something called PaySafeCard or somesuch. Why the heck can't I play for a year using my debit it card? It's massive inconvience to worry about paying the $9.99 a month when I can just get 12 months in bulk. Please tell me there's a way to use my debit card for yearly, heck even 3/6 months.
