3 Months Trial Error

Hi

 

Im having issues rn about my first credit cart payment. I tried to sub samsung member plan and all my credit card informations was correct after that it gave an error and then i tried 1 more time and it said I used this card before.After all these problems i looked the my credit card payments and i saw 2(0 turkish lira)  pending transactions in provision. What should i do ?

Hey @fur1na, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

First, can you let me know if you have tried Premium in the past? Also, are you trying to get the Samsung offer? 


You can attach a screenshot of the message you're getting when you attempt to subscribe to the trial (make sure to hide sensitive information when posting to the Community) so I can take a closer look at this. And you mentioned that you see two pending transactions on your account - could you let me know the charge amount for them and let me know if you see them here

No i didn't try premium in the past and yes i tried to subs first 3 months 0 turkish lira and after that 17 turkish lira.Charge amount is 0(zero) turkish lira  was in the pending payments section. I dont want to try it again cause i tried it 2 times and nothing happens but i still can see 2 waiting payments, yes its 0 lira but  there is something wrong and there is no receipt in my acc.

 

On my first ''try payment failed.Try again, or use a diffrent payment method.

On my 2nd it said something like '' u used this card befor''

yea i used this card on my first try ???

Thanks for the info!

You mentioned that you have already tried to subscribe to the 3 month trial and already got charged once. If that’s the case, you won’t be eligible for the trial since you have already tried Premium in the past.

 

Also, the pending charges for 0 Lira should disappear in a few days because it’s just an authorization charge to make sure your card is valid and working (which is normal). If after 3-5 days you see any charges being posted to your account, let me know and I’ll take a closer look.
