3 Months premium for $11.99 expired after one month

3 Months premium for $11.99 expired after one month

About a month ago I saw an ad for spotify: 3 months of premium for $11.99. All I needed to do was to make the payment in advance. Now, after just one month, my account has been switched to free! I am very upset about this because I fee like I've been scammed. Please help!

You should fill out the contact form, and someone from Spotify will be happy to see what's going on within 24 hrs. Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.

 

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.
