I can't cancel my 3 month 99p trial. When I go to subscription it just says I'm on a free trial? Their is no cancellation box! It says in the T&C that all offers after the trial period will continue at the normal monthly premium and I will be charged. Please you advise how I cancel?! Many thanks Jane
Check your profile on the website to see if you're Premium. If your profile says you still are, delete your payment info.
Without any payment details, no new charges can be made, but if you're an iPhone user, you do need to check your iTunes subscriptions Auto Renewal and turn it off for Spotify.
Once canceled, you'll still be on Premium for the remainder of the trial, and it will eventually revert back to Free. You won't lose any playlists, friends, or your music library, as long as you keep using the same username you've been using. Those are independent from your subscription status.
