TODAY I PAID MY PREMIUM FAMILY PLAN, AND THEY DIDNT RESPECT ME MY 3 MONTH FREE, WHY NOT IF I DIDNT CANCEL AFTER 19 OCTOBER 2019, I HAVE CANCELED AT 2018

IF ANY ONE SPEAKS SPANISH, PLEASE ANSWER ME IN SPANISH
