3-month offer expires after 1 month

I re-started a subscription today. The subscription terms note that I paid for 3 months (see image), but the renewal date is one month away. I double-checked my subscription settings and it also says I will be charged July 24.

Just so you know, I’ve gone ahead and masked the billing date since it’s considered personal info on this public forum.

As for the offer – I totally get the confusion! While it does mention “3 months” below the price, that bit is actually just related to the tax calculation and not the duration of the trial itself. As shown next to “Today” on the screenshot, this is a 1-month offer for $1 + tax. After that, your subscription will continue at the regular monthly price listed there.

That said, I’ve made sure this gete passed along to the right team so they can have a closer look at the wording, as it could definitely be clearer.
