3 month premium deal at $0.99

I am trying to sign up for the 3 month premium deal at $0.99. This is the first time I have ever signed up for Spotify, however, it tells me I have previously benefited from a Spotify deal. Only thing I can think of is that the kids used by credit card in the past for their accounts ....??? Any ideas??? Time is running out for the deal.

Hey @J0nesy91,

Yeah if the payment method has been used for Spotify in the past then you won't be able to claim that offer with it. Can you please try using another payment method?
