3 month premium free offer - how to accept offer?

I entered both codes provided on the 'Verify Offer Code' screen. Neither code <snip - Moderator edit> worked. Does anyone have an web address for Spotify chat, customer service, or a phone number for Spotify? I want to be a customer but need help!

We had to remove the codes from the post, hope you don't mind!
With this in mind though, these codes did not look like any codes I've seen before so I'd like to ask where it is you've gotten these from first 🙂

Note that for any trial offers the trial restrictions would always be in place - a free trial cannot be activated on an account that has already tried Premium or a Premium trial in the past. The same applies to the payment method you use when subscribing to Premium.

If you're meeting the above criteria, the best course of action would be to reach out to wherever you've gotten the Premium offer from and ask them for further guidance.

P.S. 
The Redeem page, if you've tried using that one, should only be used for Spotify Gift Card codes and will most likely not work for the codes you had shared with us.
