3 month trial ended but....

Hi,

I signed up for the 99p for 3 months on the 27th Dec 2018. There appears to be no leeway that the subscription ends at 23:59 on the 27th March 2019 (today). I have now been charged the £9.99, and I am a student so didn't want to go further.

I don't want the student account either.

What can be done please?

Thanks for reaching out. I'd recommend checking out this Support article on how to cancel your Premium subscription. On another note, you can also check Spotify's Refund Policy in case you'd like to ask for a refund.
