i keep getting emails and when I go on the page I get the attached, but when I try to get the 3 months trial, I get this: It looks like you’re not eligible for that offer, but we found more for you.

I have never had a spotify trial so not sure why I cant get this. I really want to test this out before committing to a subscription but I cant even do that?

i just created a brand new email and tried signing up for the free trial to only get the exact same message..OK this is seriously wrong...!

I have never had a trial on any Spotify...i just want to make that clear

First, do you mind going through the payment process one more time, but this time in an incognito window or a different browser?

If that doesn't work, then it's possible that the payment method you're trying to use has already been used to pay for Premium in the past.

Can you think of any family members of friends who might have paid for Premium or used a trial using this payment method on another account?

If not, then could we suggest you try using a different payment method and seeing if that works?
