3 months for 0.99e but 9.99e charged..

3 months for 0.99e but 9.99e charged..

i clicked on the add 0.99e for 3 months but i was charged 9.99e instead...?? why??

Can i get a refund?

Keep in mind that we have 2 different offers at the moment, both of them for 3 months. The first one (0.99 EUR) for user's who have not had the Premium service in the past, and the second one (9.99 EUR) for users who had a Premium subscription, cancelled and now want to subscribe again.

 

If you were charged 9.99 EUR for the 3 months, it's because you're eligible only for the second offer. If you still want a refund, we can do it for you as long as the payment was taken within the last 14 days. In order to do so, we recommend that you contact us via email here, or through our official social media channels in Facebook or Twitter. Our support team will be able to check your account and help you with this.
