HELLOOOO! Pls help meeee. Today, I subscribed and paid the promo 3 months Spotify Premium for 129 pesos. But when I checked my Subscriptions, it says that I only got 1 month which ends on July 13, 2017. Pls help meeee. I paid by cash at Bayad Center LBC.

To get the promo, you need to pay directly through spotify.com.

If you want to, fill out the contact form, and someone from Spotify will be happy to help you within 24 hrs. Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.
