3 months for 9.99 euros

Hello

I saw the ''3 months for 9.99 euros'' offer and wanted to use it. I filled my credit card details but when I clicked ''Get premium'' it said I have already used this offer. My last premium ended in 15th of september and in the offer it clearly said that it is not for users that have cancelled their subscription after 20th of october. So how am I not eligible for this? I have used the 0.99 euros offer, but that was two years ago and I have had premium after that.

If that doesn't help, try using a different payment method to see if it goes through.
