3 months for 9.99, renews a month later?

3 months for 9.99, renews a month later?

Hello,

I've gotten an e-mail that I could get 3 months of spotify premium for 9.99, which in it's own was a very good deal for me.

Now that I actually gotten the premium by clicking on the link it sais I will be charged next month too. Which wasn't stated in the e-mail.

I was wondering what went wrong here? As for me in the coming months paying €30 for spotify is just too much money..

Anyone has an idea how to resolve this?

Thank you 🙂

Hey @Nicholas_H,

Thanks for reaching out.

What kind of payment method did you use to claim this offer?

Let me know.

I used Paypal linked to my Mastercard.

However I just noticed that in very small letters it sais "available until 31/12/2018" which I did not notice as I had this e-mail spammed in my mailbox about 10 times in a row.

Is there a way to get a refund? As of now, these prices I cannot afford at all.. the deal would've been interesting as I've been in the hospital for so long. But €30 is just too much...

Thanks in advance and for your quick reply!
