I paid for the 3 months of premium but my account still isn't letting me use my premium features? I've tried logging out and back in...do I have to wait awhile for it to work?

I surgest you wait for it to register . I just found this on google .

1. Once your GoSurf is activated, (as you’ve mentioned that you were informed that you are now in GoSurf), visit this link
To start the activation process (http://spotify.globe.com.ph)
 
2. Upon going to the said site, you will be asked to log in if you already have a Spotify account, or sign up if you still don’t have
One. (Or you may use your Facebook details as well to log in)
           
3. Complete the process. You should be seeing a page saying “You are now ready to play” this would means that you successfully
Set-up the Spotify Premium.
 
4. Log in or open the Spotify app.
