I subscribed to the premium plan but did not receive the 3 month offer. How can I receive?

It's the first time.

I just activated the trial in 2014 and never subscribed to the premium

Hey @joaoneto14

 

You mentioned you used a Spotify Premium trial in 2014. If that's the case, then that may be the reason why you're not eligible for the 3-month trial.

 

The trial is only for new subscribers that haven't tried Premium in the past. There is some more info about Trials and offers here.
