30-day premium package not offered to me

30-day premium package not offered to me

Hello all, I have an old account I no longer use, and have since started a new one and loaded it up with tons of music. This morning I signed up for the 30-day free trial on the wrong account. I cancelled it within one hour, and attempted to start the premium package, with the free 30 days on the correct account. When I did that, it said I couldn't get the 30 free days deal because I already used it. One, the accounts are registered with two totally different emails, and two, I used a different credit card. How can I sign up for the premium package, and get the 30 days free????
