I signed in for premium membership today (Nov 06). As per homepage it is free for 30 days.
After log in to my account a message came up that free premium ends Nov 13.
How can I solve this?

Do you remember entering payment details when signing up for this trial? Also, could you send me a screenshot of the offer, and the scheduled subscription end date?
Please also make sure that you are logged into the correct, and make sure you get a confirmation of the 30 day trial.
