My Question or Issue

Why was I charged 10.99 for the 3 months free premium package when i just started?

I also signed up for the offer 3 months premium for free but instead was charged 1 month. After chatting with 2 agents  and sending screenshots of the offer and the payment they told me to request a refund from Google pay, and that I was charged because I used Google pay for billing and that was indicated before payment (which I never saw and when I asked for a screenshot of that term and why didn't the previous agents knew about that never replied) .

The result was to get the refund from Google pay but they told me I cannot get the offer anymore since the offer was practically applied and I actually didn't use it even.for an hour because I was just trying to figure out what was going on with payment!
