I got a premium offer of 4 months for 1,600 on spotify after making the payment I went to check my next billing date which says next month when I actually subscribed for 4 months as the offer states 

What's going on did I got scammed or what ??

Those offers are usually targeted at users who haven’t subscribed to Premium. So, you probably weren’t eligible to redeem the offer and subscribed to Premium through the regular process.
I advise that you take a look at the terms and conditions of the offer you tried to redeem and double-check the eligibility.

I had an email giving me 2 months Premium individual for free. Went in to my account & signed up but it's charged me £12.99

Sorry to jump in on your thread but when I try and create a new thread it just takes me to a blank screen that won't let me type anything!

I have a similar issue to you, had loads of emails from Spotify asking me to reactivate my premium account (which I closed ages ago) & offering 4 months free but when I click through it either shows an error message or just offers me two months!

Any help gratefully received
