I am a new user. Never tried premium before.

I got a reward code from Microsoft for Three free months of Spotify Premium.

The link to activate (www.spotify.com/ppt/microsoftrewards/redeem) gives 404 error. I have tried on different browsers and incognito windows as well.

Where do I go to enter my code?
