My Question or Issue

Got a new Samsung A71 from Samsung directly and was offered 6 months free Spotify. But no option to accept this or even check my premium account. App version is 8.5.60.1013. If someone could help that would be great!

Can you send me a screenshot of the full offer you're referring to or a link to the offer? This is so I can take a look and see what the terms are. Make sure to hide sensitive information when posting screenshots to the Community.

Also, can you let me know if you're on the Free plan or Premium plan at the moment? And let me know if you have tried Premium in the past.

Thanks for the link. 

I've taken a closer look, and unfortunately, you won't be able to redeem this offer because it's valid for new Premium subscribers only.
