60 day free trial didn't work

60 day free trial didn't work

Hi Spotify,

I just signed up to the 60 day free trial for the premium subscription and it has only given be 7 days.

The receipt states that it expires on the 21 March 2018 and I just signed up today (14 March 2018). It is meant to expire on the 13 May 2018.

 

Could anyone please help as soon as possible because I don't want to be ripped off.

Thanks for coming to the Spotify Community.

 

If you've signed up for the 60 day trial (and not the 7 day), we’d recommend having a quick scan of the email accounts you own for emails from an @spotify.com email. 

 

That way, you can double-check for the receipt, and determine which account info you used when subscribing.

If you find an account with the 60 day trial but you're seeing a 7 day trial on your account overview page too, it's possible you have two accounts (one on a free 7 day trial, and one on the 60). 

 

Let us know if you’re unable to track that recepit email down. If not, we'll see what else we can suggest.
