My Question or Issue

 I was offered a 60 day free trial, I needed to log in to get it, didnt know my password so I had to reset it, once reset bam no 60 day trial it has disappeared and a 30 day trial is on offer now ????

Have you tried this offer yet? If you have you won't be able to use it again.

If you haven 't and are facing issues, please do these steps: 

  • Try this using another browser or incoginto mode
  • Send screenshot of the offer (and when it expires) as well as any error messages being shown

I'm not sure if I did do a trial in the early days, if I did would it offer me another 30 day trial ?
