60 days of Premium for free doesn't work

Spotify sended me an email that a gift 60 days of premium, so I already enter my credit card information, but still my account free subscription, looked for subscription and still free, I tried to log out and reinstalling it but it shows the same problem, so could anybody help?

Hey @eslamali?


you should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username with that you subscribed to Spotify premium!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!

I checked my mail box and I found nothing, I don't know what is the problem
