£9.99 taken out my account but I do not have premium!

My Question or Issue

 I had the spotify trial for 3 months for 99p and then I lost my debit card and I recieved a new one but I didnt wish to carry on with my premium account so didn't update my card details but £9.99 has been taken out of my account! But when I try cancel it tells me I'm on a spotify free account so why was £9.99 taken out so I logged out and logged back in and now all my music had gone!

Hey @user-removed,

You should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username with that you subscribed to Spotify premium!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!
